Earthworks, Piling mat, Drainage, hard & soft landscaping for an Extra Care Unit in Halewood
Project scale and detail of works undertaken.
The project at Halewood consist in the groundworks and drainage package for the 4 story extra care unit built by existing client Vistry.
We started work in December 2021 and we are expecting to complete the first phase of the work by beginning of summer 2022.
Our scope of works comprised.
- Earthworks.
- Drainage and ducting including 4 nr connections in existing carriageway at 3-4m depth.
- Attenuation tanks
- Concrete foundations.
- Car park installation including surfacing.
Delivery to programme and budget and works phasing
The project is currently ongoing in line with programme provided to Vistry during the tender period.
Resourcing with a local supply chain
The works employed our direct labour and specialist hired plant for a D6 Dozer.
