Project scale and detail of works undertaken.

The project at Bryn Road consisted in the enabling and groundworks for 4 apartment blocks comprising of a mixture of private and supported 22 living dwellings.

We started work in September 2021 and completed the works for the phase 1 by Christmas 2021.

Our scope of works comprised.

• Earthwork
• Drainage and ducting.
• Concrete foundations.
• Block and beam installation
• Brickwork
• Car park installation including surfacing.

Delivery to programme and budget and works phasing

Phase 1 key dates achieved and works delivered within budget to the satisfaction of our client. Phase 2 awaits commencement in Summer 2022.
