Project Scale and detail of the works undertaken: 800k civils works package for the construction of a solar farm and substation compound.

Scope: Access roads, FRC foundations, HV & LV ducting, drainage, water management infrastructure.   

Delivery to programme and budget: Programme slipped due to client delays and budget increased as a result.  

Resourcing: Self-delivery using local and Manchester-based labour.
