The latest phase of the Zone 5 works associated with the Manchester City Council and Linden Homes redevelopment programme in south Manchester.

Our client plans to build 14 new plots as part of this phase of works. The land was previously an industrial unit that was in disrepair.

Our scope of works comprised.

• Site clearance.
• Reduced excavation.
• Bulk muck shift
• Gully and pipework installation.
• PCC Kerb installation
• Tarmac installations.

Delivery to programme and budget and works phasing

Programme key dates achieved and work’s delivered within budget to the satisfaction of our client. This achievement lead to being awarded the next phase of works.

Resourcing with a local supply chain

The works employed our direct labour and our sister company J&P Road Surfacing for tarmacadam installations.
